Abstract:
In the present invention, a receiving unit (40) receives: information indicating the payment destination for the amount indicated in an electronic currency; and issuing requests for electronic currency. A modification unit (41) modifies whether or not to output a screen requesting input of information to identify conditions to determine whether the awarding of points with respect to electronic currency is authorized, according to whether information received indicating the payment destination is information corresponding to a first user requesting the issue, or information corresponding to a second user different from the first user.
