Abstract:
Provided by the present application are a polarization coding method and apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a second sequence L2 according to a first sequence L1 (S510); according to a subchannel label of the second sequence L2, determining a subchannel label of a third sequence from a subchannel label of the first sequence (S520), the third sequence being a sequence that has a length of 2n*N0 extending from the first sequence and the second sequence, wherein the subchannel label of the third sequence L3 is expressed as the subchannel label of the first sequence L1 plus j*N0, j being greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 2n-1; and coding according to the third sequence (S530). By means of using the extended sequence on the basis of a short sequence to perform coding, while making full use of feature information of the short sequence, the performance gain of the extended sequence is improved, the complexity of sequence expansion is reduced, which then improves the coding performance and reduces the coding complexity.
