Abstract:
Provided is a polarizing plate provided with an optically functional film and a polarizing film (polarizer), the polarizing plate being thin and having excellent durability of the polarizing film. This polarizing plate is provided with an optically functional film, an adhesive layer, a polarizing film, and a protective film in this order, the thickness of the polarizing film being 15 µm or less, the thickness of the adhesive layer being 15 µm or less, the water-vapor permeability of the optically functional film being 200 g/m2/24 h or less, and the water-vapor permeability of the protective film being 1000 g/m2/24 h or less.
