Abstract:
[Problem] To obtain a poly(butylene terephthalate) resin composition which is excellent in terms of appearance and moldability and is suitable for producing molded articles that are less apt to crack when joined to other members.
[Solution] A poly(butylene terephthalate) resin composition for molded articles to be joined to other members, which comprises 100 parts by mass of the sum of a poly(butylene terephthalate) resin (A) and a poly(ethylene terephthalate) resin (B), the (A)/(B) mass ratio being 5/5 to 7/3, 0.01-0.5 parts by mass of a phosphorus compound stabilizer (C), and 80-150 parts by mass of an inorganic filler (D), wherein 0.5-3.0 mol% of the poly(ethylene terephthalate) resin (B) has been modified with an aromatic dicarboxylic acid other than terephthalic acid and the poly(ethylene terephthalate) resin has a crystallization temperature of 190°C or lower.
