Abstract:
 The present invention is a blow-molded article comprising a polyester resin composition containing hindered phenol structural units at 0.035-1.75 equivalent weight/ton, and, as a polymerization catalyst, at least one compound selected from the group consisting of antimony compounds, the blow-molded article being a heat-resistant polyester blow-molded article wherein the amount of cyclic trimers included is not more than 0.5 wt%, the amount of acetaldehyde included is not more than 50ppm, and the intrinsic viscosity is 0.68-0.90 dL/g, enabling the efficient production of a molded-article, in particular a heat-resistant blow-molded article, having excellent transparency and heat resistant dimensional stability. The present invention also provides a polyester resin composition having excellent long-term continuous moldability with little staining of a mold, a molded-article formed from the composition, and a method for molding a polyester blow-molded article using the polyester resin composition.
