Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a polyester resin aqueous dispersion composition that has good storage stability, film formation properties, tackiness, adhesiveness, and water resistance. [Solution] A polyester resin aqueous dispersion composition comprising a polyester resin (A), a film formation aid (B), and an aqueous medium (C), wherein among the Hansen solubility parameters of the film formation aid (B), the dispersion component (δd) is not less than 15.4 MPa0.5 but less than 18.0 MPa0.5, the polarity component (δp) is not less than 4.1 MPa0.5 but less than 9.1 MPa0.5, and the hydrogen bonding component (δh) is not less than 7.0 MPa0.5 but less than 12.3 MPa0.5.
