Abstract:
The invention provides a thermoplastic polyester resin composition excellent in flexural modulus, heat resistance, impact resistance, and stretching resistance, specifically, a thermoplastic polyester resin composition comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin (A), an inorganic filler (B), and a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (C), characterized in that the graft copolymer (C) is one obtained by reacting 30 to 94.9 parts by weight of a polyorganosiloxane (C2) which is in the form of a latex and is modified with a grafting agent (C1) containing a mercapto-bearing silane compound with 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a grafting agent (C3) containing a (meth)acryloyloxy-bearing silane compound and then polymerizing 5 to 69.9 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer (C4) in the presence of the reaction product in one or more stages with the proviso that the total amount of (C2), (C3) and (C4) is 100 parts by weight.
