Abstract:
The present invention provides polyethylene and a vulcanizable chlorinated polyethylene composition using same. In the polyethylene according to the present invention, by lowering the proportion of a polymer region in the molecular structure and optimizing viscosity and melt index along with a narrow molecular weight distribution, the premature crosslinking of a chlorinated polyethylene obtained through the reaction of the polyethylene with chlorine is prevented, and thus, a reduction in viscosity can be minimized even after long-term storage and extrusion processability can be improved.
