Abstract:

The present invention relates to a polyimide composite powder comprising a silane agent and a method for preparing same and, more specifically, to a method for preparing polyimide composite powder, comprising the steps of: a) preparing a polyamic acid including dianhydride and diamine; and b) adding a silane agent to the polyamic acid of step a) and imidizing same. In the present invention, by using the silane agent in a specific ratio and using water-based polymerization, flowability and dispersibility can be improved without degrading mechanical properties.
