Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyimide composite powder including a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) powder and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a polyimide composite powder including a polyimide powder and a liquid crystal polymer powder, with the content of the liquid crystal polymer powder amounting to greater than 0.1 weight% on the basis of the total weight of the composite powder, and a method for manufacturing a polyimide composite powder, the method comprising the steps of: a) preparing polyamic acid by containing dianhydride and diamine; and b) adding a liquid crystal polymer to the polyamic acid of step a), followed by imidization. The present invention can improve moldability without degrading mechanical properties by using an LCP powder at the specific ratios and employing aqueous polymerization.
