Abstract:

Disclosed is a polyimide precursor composition comprising a polyimide precursor, a phosphorus compound having a P(=O)OH structure or a P(=O)OR (wherein R is an alkyl group having 4 or more carbon atoms) structure, and a solvent. With this composition, it is possible to industrially produce a flexible electronic device using a simple apparatus.
