Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polylactic acid-based polyurethane-urea with super-strong toughness, and a preparation method therefor. The polylactic acid-based polyurethane-urea comprises a polymerization unit of polylactic acid-diol, at least two diisocyanates, a small molecule polyol chain extender and water, wherein the diisocyanates are selected from at least two of diisocyanates of aliphatic groups, alicyclic groups or aromatic groups, which contain 4-18 carbon atoms in the molecules, and the small molecule polyol chain extender is diol and/or triol containing 2-12 carbon atoms in the molecule. The mechanical strength of a polyurethane-urea material with super-strong toughness can be regulated and controlled by means of regulating the types and ratio of reaction raw materials. The PLA-based polyurethane-urea of the present invention has the characteristics of super toughness (the elongation at break is 15%-55%, and the tensile strength at break is 80-104 MPa), low forming temperature (hot press forming can be performed at 130℃), adjustable mechanical property, good biocompatibility and degradability, and can be used in the fields of biomedical materials, etc.
