Abstract:
Provided is an organic thin-film transistor having a higher carrier mobility. The polymer compound according to the present invention contains: a repeating unit having at least one group selected from the group consisting of blocked isocyanate groups and blocked isothiocyanate groups; at least one repeating unit selected from the group consisting of repeating units having a hydroxy group, repeating units having a carboxy group, and repeating units having a hydroxy group and a carboxy group; and a repeating unit represented by formula (1). (In formula (1), R1, R2, and R3 each represent a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, or a monovalent organic group having 1-20 carbon atoms. R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom, a bromine atom, an iodine atom, or a monovalent organic group having 1-20 carbon atoms. Rf represents a fluorine atom or a monovalent organic group having a fluorine atom. Ra represents a divalent organic group having 1-20 carbon atoms, -O-, -CO-, -COO-, -NHCO-, or -NHCOO-, m1 represents an integer of 0-6, and n1 represents an integer of 1-5.)
