Abstract:
A polymerization, spinning, drafting, and setting integrated molding manufacturing method and apparatus for a bio-based polyamide short fiber. The apparatus of the present invention comprises a salt solution blending device system, a polymerization reaction device system, a spinning, drafting, and setting device system, and a bundle cutting device system that are sequentially connected; a drafting device in the spinning, drafting, and setting device system comprises a first drafting machine (14), a second drafting machine (15), and a third drafting machine (16) that are sequentially connected; temperature control devices are arranged on the drafting machines; and a tensioning and thermal setting device (17) and a cooling and oiling device (18) are connected behind the third drafting machine. The polymerization, spinning, drafting, and setting integrated molding manufacturing method for a polyamide fiber relates to first performing drafting and setting, and then performing bundling, and adds the steps of normal-temperature drafting and low-temperature drafting in a drafting process, so that a molded tow is rapidly cooled, thereby facilitating improving the performance of a fiber product. The integrated molding manufacturing method and apparatus effectively reduce the production cost, improve the production efficiency, and obtain the bio-based polyamide short fiber having stable performance.
