Abstract:
A polyolefin hollow fiber membrane for asymmetric degassing, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof in removing oxygen and carbon dioxide from ultrapure water. The polyolefin hollow fiber membrane comprises a main body; one side of the main body is an inner surface facing the internal cavity, and the other side of the main body is an outer surface; a non-directional meandering path is arranged in the main body; a plurality of microfibers for forming a porous structure are arranged on the inner surface of the main body, and the microfibers have an average length of 100-400 nm and an average width of 15-60 nm; the length direction of the microfibers is consistent with that of the hollow fiber membrane, and the width direction of the microfibers is consistent with the circumferential direction of the hollow fiber membrane; the surface energy of the outer surface is 15-40 mN/m, and the outer surface is a dense surface. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, spinning; S2, pre-crystallizing; S3, performing air-cooled crystallization; S4, performing primary setting; S5, performing cold drawing to form pores; S6, performing hot drawing to enlarge the pores; and S7, performing secondary setting.
