Abstract:
A high-degassing polyolefin hollow fiber membrane, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof in removing oxygen in ultrapure water. The polyolefin hollow fiber membrane comprises a main body, one side of the main body being an inner surface facing an inner cavity and the other side of same being an outer surface. Non-directional zigzag paths are formed in the main body, the outer surface is a dense surface, and the area ratio of gas pores in the inner surface is 10%-30%. The hollow fiber membrane has an average thickness of 45-65 μm and a ratio of the average outer diameter to the average inner diameter of 1.45-1.55. The hollow fiber membrane has a TOC dissolution amount of not more than 3 μg/L and the deoxidation efficiency of greater than 80%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, spinning; S2, pre-crystallization; S3, air-cooling crystallization; S4, shaping by annealing; S5, pore forming by two-time cold drawing; S6, pore expansion by hot drawing; and S7, heat shaping.
