Title:
POLYPEPTIDE CONTAINING DNA-BINDING DOMAIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/019672
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: an artificial nuclease that contains a DNA-binding domain and a functional domain, said domains being bonded together via a polypeptide consisting of 35-55 amino acids, wherein amino acids at two positions in DNA-binding modules present in the DNA-binding domain show a repetition pattern that is different in each four DNA-binding modules; a vector for expressing the artificial nuclease; a vector library for constructing the vector; and a vector set for constructing the vector library.
