Title:
POLYURETHANE AQUEOUS DISPERSION, ADHESIVE, SYNTHETIC LEATHER AND PAINT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/210299
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a polyurethane aqueous dispersion having excellent storage stability, enabling to prepare an adhesive, a coating material, or the like, which can form an adhesive layer that is a cured film in which physical properties such as strength do not readily change due to temperature changes, using the polyurethane aqueous dispersion as an additive for imparting adhesiveness. The polyurethane aqueous dispersion contains water that is a dispersion and resin particles formed with a polyurethane having a hydroxyl group at the terminal thereof, wherein the polyurethane has a structural unit derived from a polyol containing a polyether polyol, a structural unit derived from a polyisocyanate containing an aliphatic polyisocyanate and an alicyclic polyisocyanate, and a structural unit derived from an acidic group-containing polyol, the acid value of the polyurethane being 40 mg KOH/g or less, and the polyurethane being a reactant obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate and a polyol in a ratio of 0.5 ≤ [NCO group/OH group (molar ratio) ] ≤ 0.95.
