Title:
POLYURETHANE AQUEOUS DISPERSION, ADHESIVE, SYNTHETIC LEATHER AND PAINT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/210300
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a polyurethane aqueous dispersion having excellent storage stability, enabling to prepare an adhesive, a paint or the like, which can form an adhesive layer that is a cured film in which physical properties such as strength do not readily change due to temperature changes. The polyurethane aqueous dispersion contains water that is a dispersion and resin particles formed with a polyurethane having a hydroxyl group at the terminal thereof, wherein the polyurethane has a structural unit derived from a urethane prepolymer, the urethane prepolymer has a structural unit derived from a polyol containing a polyether polyol, a structural unit derived from a polyisocyanate containing an aliphatic polyisocyanate and an alicyclic polyisocyanate, and a structural unit derived from an acidic group-containing polyol, the acid value of the polyurethane being 30 mg KOH/g or less, the polyol further containing a polycarbonate polyol, and the mass ratio of the polyether polyol (C) and the polycarbonate polyol (D) being (C) : (D) = 20: 80 to 95: 5.
