Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyurethane microporous elastomer for use in high-speed railways and a preparation method therefor, the method using a semi-prepolymer method to prepare a polyurethane microporous elastomer for use in high-speed railways, the specific steps thereof being: step 1, configuring the composite material: adding measured component A to a mixing reactor, mixing fully and uniformly at 35-42°C, and sealing and storing the composite material for later use;
step 2, preparing the prepolymer: dehydrating measured component B in a vacuum for 2-3h at 105-135°C, then cooling to 45-55°C, quickly adding measured and melted MDII whilst stirring rapidly, and once uniformly mixed, reacting for 2.5h at 85-90°C, deaerating in a vacuum for 30 minutes, and sealing and storing for later use; and step 3, preparing the microporous elastomer. The preparation method for the polyurethane microporous elastomer for use in high-speed railways set forth in the present invention produces rubber products having high elasticity, low compression set, high damping, and excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical properties.
