Abstract:
A portable electronic device (10) is provided with: a waveform information acquisition unit (17a) which adds a time stamp to a waveform detected from a user and records the waveform as waveform information; a situation information acquisition unit (17b) which adds a time stamp to information indicating the situation of the user and records the information as situation information; an artifact waveform acquisition unit (17c) which, from artifact waveform data (16c) in which situations and artifact waveforms are associated and stored, acquires an artifact waveform corresponding to the situation indicated by the situation information in the same period as that of the waveform information; a waveform correction unit (17d) which corrects the waveform information using the artifact waveform; and an autonomic nerve diagnosis unit (17e) which diagnoses an autonomic nerve of the user using the waveform information corrected by the waveform correction unit (17d).
