Abstract:
The configuration of the present invention is as follows. An outer package body comprises: a flexible body portion formed in a flat shape having a predetermined shape and packing a thin-sheet-like battery element in a vacuum packing manner; flexible fin-shaped portions sandwiched between a flat upper surface and a flat lower surface that constitute the body portion and projected on either a part of or the substantially entire periphery of the peripheral side wall; a positive electrode terminal having the inner end portion thereof held between the fin-shaped portions, electrically connected to a positive electrode material layer comprising a positive electrode active material, a binder, and a collector painted on one side surface of a separator constituting the thin-sheet-like battery element, and having the external end portion thereof projecting from an edge of the fin-shaped portions in a tongue piece shape by a predetermined amount; and a negative electrode terminal electrically connected to a negative electrode material layer comprising a negative electrode active material, a binder, and a collector painted on the other side surface of the separator and having the external end portion thereof projecting from an edge of the fin-shaped portions in a tongue piece shape by a predetermined amount. In addition, the thin-sheet-like battery element includes one or only several separators. The negative electrode active material of the negative electrode material layer contains a silicon particle having a nano size and fine carbon with which the silicon particle is entirely covered, and is heat-treated layered polysilane. The binder of the negative electrode material layer is a mixture of at least two types of thermoplastic resin.
