Abstract:
A location information acquisition unit (25) acquires location information indicating a current location. A first transmission unit (21) transmits, to a management device (100) via a network, use application information for applying for the use of information acquisition units (23), (24), to which information the location information acquired by the location information acquisition unit (25) is added. A first receiving unit (22) receives, from the management device (100) via the network, use-approved information or use-disapproved information in response to the use application information. A control unit (20) exert s control in such a way that, while the use-approved information is not received by the first receiving unit (22), the information acquisition units (23), (24) are kept disabled for operation, and upon reception of the use-approved information by the first receiving unit (22), the information acquisition units (23), (24) are operated for only a prescribed time to acquire information.
