Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a portable terminal that has a taste evaluation function and is used for a wine taste evaluation system capable of easily evaluating to what degree each wine matches a user's liking. [Solution] The smartphone 3 used for the wine taste evaluation system is connected to a network 1 to which a central management server 2 is connected and is provided with: a user information memory 21 for storing taste data for a user relating to wine; a wine information memory 22 for storing reference taste data relating to the taste of multiple brands of wine; and a controller 7 that is configured so as to perform matching between the taste data for the user relating to wine and the reference taste data relating to the taste of wine, quantify degrees of matching between the taste data for the user relating to wine and the reference taste data relating to the taste of wine, and display the results on a display 20.
