Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a substrate (100) that is disposed facing a displaceable detection body; a transmission coil (110) that is formed on the substrate (100); a first reception coil (120) and a second reception coil (130) that are disposed on the inner side of the transmission coil (110) in a direction normal to the direction of a surface of the substrate (100); and a signal processing unit (210) that derives a displacement amount of a detection body (30) by adding a gap between the detection body and the substrate (100), on the basis of a first characteristic value of the first reception coil (120) and a second characteristic value of the second reception coil (130).
