Abstract:
Provided is a vibration flow channel device capable of effectively vibrating a pipe line and stably supporting the pipe line. The vibration flow channel device 1 comprises: a pipe part 101 for causing a fluid to flow, the pipe part 101 including a vibration pipe part 10 and a damping pipe part 21, 22 adjacent to the vibration pipe part 10 along the flow channel direction; and a piezoelectric element 31, 32 that vibrates the vibration pipe part 10. The damping pipe part 21, 22 is configured to cause at least a part of a vibration wave traveling from the vibration pipe part 10 to the damping pipe part 21, 22 to reflect toward the vibration pipe part 10.
