Abstract:
This position specifying system is provided with a position information acquisition unit (31) which acquires position information, a vibration generation unit (32) which generates vibration including position information, an optical fiber (10) which detects vibration, a communication unit (21) which receives an optical signal that contains the position information included in the vibration, a distance specifying unit (22) which, on the basis of the optical signal, specifies the distance on the optical fiber (10) from the location of the communication unit (21) to the location where the optical fiber (10) detected the vibration, and a position specifying unit (23) which, on the basis of the optical signal, specifies the position information included in the optical signal and associates and stores the distance and the position information.
