This tactile sensation presentation panel for presenting a user with tactile sensation, is provided with: a touch detection circuit that detects contact of the user with a tactile sensation presentation knob and that outputs positional information regarding the tactile sensation presentation knob; a pressing detection circuit that detects an amount of pressing on an operation surface by the tactile sensation presentation knob; and a tactile sensation control circuit that determines a voltage signal for generating a frictional force between the tactile sensation presentation knob and the operation surface. By the voltage signal determined by the tactile sensation control circuit, tactile sensation due to a change in the frictional force between the tactile sensation presentation knob and the operation surface is generated. The tactile sensation presentation knob has: a conductive elastic part that is provided at a position opposing the operation surface and that is in contact with the operation surface; and a support part that restricts a pressing force on the conductive elastic part.
