Abstract:
Disclosed are a positioning laser 3D four-layer air-heat-preserving and air-permeable channel fabric and a processing method therefor. Technical features of the present invention include a closed air surface fabric layer and a closed air bottom fabric layer. The closed air surface fabric layer comprises, from top to bottom, a surface base fabric, a PU environmental protection adhesive layer and a differentiated TPU polyurethane film. The closed air bottom fabric layer comprises, from top to bottom in sequence, a differentiated TPU polyurethane film, a PU environmental protection adhesive layer and a bottom lining fabric. The surface base fabric is provided with laser cutting points for laser vision recognition. During processing, a closed air surface fabric layer and a closed air bottom fabric are prepared beforehand, channels in the fabrics are then glued, and finally patterns and air-permeable points are cut by means of laser. The advantages of the present invention are that the air in the channels is used to replace the down feather, the fabric is light, the running-off problem of down feather could be avoided, the cost is lower, the air is freely retractable, and storage is easy.
