Abstract:
A positioning mechanism and a battery-replacing robot having same. A positioning mechanism is provided on a bearing platform (91) of the battery-replacing robot, and the positioning mechanism mainly comprises a fixing component, positioning pins (2) and driving members (62, 63) provided on the fixing component. The positioning pins (2) can automatically extend, when the battery-replacing robot (9) takes out a power battery from a battery-replacing station, to precisely place the power battery (10) on a battery position of the bearing platform; the positioning pins (2) can also automatically retract when the battery-replacing robot (9) mounts the power battery (10) on an electric vehicle. The battery-replacing robot can ensure that bolts on the power battery are aligned with bolt holes on the electric vehicle when mounting the power battery on the electric vehicle.
