Abstract:

The present invention relates to: a positive electrode active material; and a positive electrode and a lithium secondary battery including the positive electrode active material, wherein crystal grains C, in which the degree of alignment DoA along the long axis of the crystal grains is 0.5 to 1 and a c-axis degree of alignment represented by the outer product of the c-axis rotation vector Rc of the crystal lattice of the crystal grains as obtained by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) analysis, and the position unit vector P' of the crystal grains is less than 0.5, constitute 25% to 70% of all crystal grains in cross sections of particles of the positive electrode active material.
