Abstract:
The invention relates to mail communications, in particular to postal envelopes, parcels and wrappers provided with means for protecting against sending powdered poisons and microorganisms. At least two parallel edges of an envelope are provided with holes. The powder introduced into said envelope falls out during the transportation thereof (manipulation, shaking), i.e. the dose thereof being reduced below the toxicity limit. The verification of the presence of powder in such envelopes and the removal thereof are carried out with the aid of simple means (shaking, blowing in ventilation cabinets and wind tunnels, etc). In the other embodiments, said envelope can be provided with holes along the total edge thereof and on the junctions of the edges (on the corners of the envelope). The hole rims can be reinforced, for example by edging with varnish and plastic and by eyelets. In another embodiment, the envelope edges can be made of nets and strips in the form of ready-made inserts which are disposed in a parallel direction with respect to each other.
