Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a poultry leg suspension tool and a rack using same, which enable efficient processing of a greater number of poultry legs, etc. in the process of smoking, fumigating, etc. of a large number of poultry legs. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a rod-like body 2 installable within a rack 10 so as to transversely span over frames of the rack; and a plurality of holding parts 3 for holding poultry legs 20, etc. so as to be hung therefrom, wherein the holding parts 3 are each provided with a pair of hooks, at least one of which is configured to be able to pierce through the skin or flesh of one of the poultry legs 20, etc., and the pair of hooks are configured, at least partly, to be spaced away from each other by a distance that is smaller than the width of the expanded portion at the joint of the heel-side epiphyseal part of the poultry leg 20, etc. so as to allow the poultry leg 20, etc. to be hung therefrom.
