Abstract:
Provided is a powder coating composition that is suitable as a primer for fluororesin layers and that can provide a high adherence. The powder coating composition contains an amide group-containing polymer compound (A) that either has the amide group or can come to have the amide group, a polyphenylene sulfide (B), and a perfluoro-type fluororesin (C), the powder coating composition being characterized in that: the amide group-containing polymer compound (A) is an amide group-containing polymer (a1) that has the amide group and an aromatic ring, and/or is an amide group-containing polymer precursor (a2) that changes into the amide group-containing polymer (a1) in a firing step during formation of a film of the powder coating composition; the content of the polyphenylene sulfide (B) is 1-50 mass% of the total of the amide group-containing polymer compound (A) and polyphenylene sulfide (B); the perfluoro-type fluororesin (C) contains tetrafluoroethylene in the range of 85.0-99.5 mol% and has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 5-30 (g/10 min); and the content of the perfluoro-type fluororesin (C) is 50.0-95.0 mass% of the total of the amide group-containing polymer compound (A), polyphenylene sulfide (B), and perfluoro-type fluororesin (C).
