Abstract:
[Problem] Conventional highly functional aqueous coating resins containing a polyimide precursor have such characteristics that: the aqueous coating resins are unsuitable for storage, conveyance, service life prolongation and the like, since the aqueous coating resins are aqueous; all the aqueous coating resins require dispersion in water; and a coating process thereof makes a production process complicated. [Solution] By developing a powder composition in which a specific fluororesin is mixed with a powder polyimide, polar crystalline fine particles, conventionally known various additives and the like for use, the present invention is able to provide a polyimide-containing powder composition that has coating film characteristics that are almost equivalent to those of highly functional aqueous coating resins, while achieving prolongation of storage, reduction of the conveyance cost, decrease of complexity of the production process and the like. This polyimide-containing powder composition enables the production of a highly functional molded article. In addition, the present invention is able to provide a method for producing a molded article that is formed from a powder composition.
