To provide a powder medicine containing vessel, a powder medicine measuring device, and an automatic powder-medicine single-dose packaging machine that can discharge powder medicine, and more particularly, trace powder medicine or mixed powder medicine in a uniform flow after measurement. A powder medicine containing vessel 50 including: a chamber body 51 that contains powder medicine; a powder medicine transfer unit 12 provided inside the chamber body 51, the powder medicine transfer unit 12 transferring powder medicine; and a powder medicine discharge port 65 provided on the bottom surface of the chamber body 51, the powder medicine discharge port 65 being adjacent to the powder medicine transfer unit 12, the powder medicine transfer unit 12 including: a rotating shaft 58; and a spiral part 57 formed on the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 58, wherein the spiral part 58 is not formed in a portion of the rotating shaft 58 that corresponds to the powder medicine discharge port 65.
