Abstract:
This powder for thermal spraying contains ceramic particles having an average particle diameter of 1μm to 20μm. The fluidity index (FF) of the ceramic particles measured using a powder rheometer is at least 3. The fluidity index (FF) is obtained by measuring the unconfined yield stress and the major principal stress of ceramic particles when subjected to a shear stress of 9kPa under ambient temperature and humidity, and dividing the measured value for major principal stress by the measured value for unconfined yield stress.
