Abstract:
This slurry for thermal spraying contains ceramic particles having an average particle diameter of 200nｍ to 5μｍ. A precipitate generated by pouring 700mL of a slurry for thermal spraying into a cylindrical container having a capacity of 1L and a height of 16.5cm and being left to stand for a week at ambient temperature is made to disappear by agitating the slurry for thermal spraying in the cylindrical container by placing the cylindrical container in such a manner that the central axis thereof is horizontal, under a temperature of 20°C to 30°C, and rotating the cylindrical container about the central axis thereof at a rotational speed of 100rpm for a duration of 120 minutes.
