Abstract:
According to various embodiments, a power amplification circuit may comprise: a power divider which receives a radio frequency (RF) signal and outputs a first RF signal and a second RF signal; a first power amplifier which receives the first RF signal output from the power divider and amplifies same on the basis of a first bias; a second power amplifier which receives the second RF signal output from the power divider and amplifies same on the basis of a second bias; an impedance matching circuit which receives the first RF signal amplified by the first power amplifier and the second RF signal amplified by the second power amplifier; a first impedance conversion circuit disposed between the first power amplifier and the impedance matching circuit; and an impedance variable circuit which is electrically connected between the second power amplifier and the impedance matching circuit, and has an impedance that changes on the basis of the frequency of the RF signal and the power of the RF signal. Various other embodiments may also be possible.
