Abstract:
A power-amplifying circuit may comprise: a power divider, which receives a radio frequency (RF) signal to output a first RF signal and a second RF signal; a first power amplifier for receiving the first RF signal from the power divider, and amplifying same on the basis of a first bias; a second power amplifier for receiving the second RF signal from the power divider, and amplifying same on the basis of a second bias; an impedance matching circuit for receiving the first RF signal amplified by the first power amplifier and the second RF signal amplified by the second power amplifier; and a protection circuit for identifying a current inputted into a bias terminal of the second power amplifier, and controlling, on the basis of the identified input current, the magnitude of the current inputted into the bias terminal.
