Abstract:
The present application provides a power amplifier circuit and a bias circuit thereof. The bias circuit of the power amplifier circuit is applied to a wireless network WiFi circuit, and comprises a switch, a level conversion circuit, and an output buffer. A collector of the switch is connected to a power supply to control power supply of the bias circuit. The level conversion circuit processes an input enable signal. An output end of the level conversion circuit is connected to a base of the switch, and outputs a stable enable signal to control on/off of the switch. The output buffer is connected to an emitter of the switch. An output bias voltage is coupled to the base of the power amplifier circuit.
