Abstract:
In the present invention, using a hysteresis width (BW) and a current command value (ia*) that have been set in accordance with a target value (ftrg) of a switching frequency, adders (52, 54) output an upper limit value (Iup) and lower limit value (Ilw) of a hysteresis band. A hysteresis comparator (60) outputs the results of comparing a reactor current (ia) with the upper limit value (Iupc) and lower limit value (Ilwc) after dead-time compensation by dead-time compensation units (72, 74). A dead time generator (70) generates gate signals (S1a, S1b) of a switching element such that dead time is given on the basis of an output signal of the hysteresis comparator (60). Depending on whether the reactor current (ia) is positive or negative, the dead-time compensation units (72, 74) add compensation amounts of different polarities, to either the upper limit value (Iup) or the lower limit value (Ilw) which differ.
