Abstract:
A virtual synchronous power generator control unit (207) included in a control unit (110) of this power conversion device simulates the operation of a synchronous power generator by making an active power value (Pout) and an active power target value (Pref) respectively correspond to the electric energy and mechanical energy of the equation of motion of the rotor of the synchronous power generator, thereby generating a first command value (f_vsg) of the frequency of a second voltage and a second command value (θ_vsg) of the phase of the second voltage. When an input condition is established, a determination unit (208) controls a relay for selectively switching a connection state between an inverter and an AC power system between a conductive state and a non-conductive state to switch the connection state from the non-conductive state to the conductive state. The input condition includes: a first condition in which the amplitude difference between the absolute value of a first measured value (Vo) and the absolute value of a second measured value (Vfo) is included in a first allowable range; and a second condition in which the phase difference between the phase of a first voltage (Vo) and the second command value (θ_vsg) is included in a second allowable range.
