Abstract:
Provided is a technique for reducing the size of a power converter (three-phase AC inverter) including a plurality of switching elements. In the power converter disclosed in the present specification, all switching elements for power conversion, which constitute the three-phase AC inverter, are sandwitched between a pair of coolers. In the power converter, the inverter can be obtained by the pair of coolers and the plurality of switching elements disposed between the pair of coolers. The technique disclosed in the present specification is suitable for reducing the size of an inverter.
