Abstract:
This portable power generator comprises a fuel tank, a power-generating unit, and a portable housing that houses the fuel tank and the power-generating unit. The fuel tank has a feed port for feeding liquid fuel to the power-generating unit; the power-generating unit has a receiving port that is connected to the feed port, and is constituted in such a manner that the fuel received from the fuel tank via the receiving port is used to generate power; the housing has a first wall surface and a second wall surface having a second normal direction that intersects with the first normal direction of the first wall surface; the housing is constituted so as to be able to stand by itself in either a first orientation with the first wall surface at the bottom, or a second orientation with the second wall surface at the bottom; the fuel tank has a first wall part that forms the bottom wall of the fuel tank in a first orientation, and a second wall part that adjoins the first wall part and that forms the bottom wall in a second orientation, and the feed port is provided at the corner of the first wall part and the second wall part.
