A power machine (10) such as a skid steer loader is driven by an engine (23) and has a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic fluid conduit, a hydraulic motor in fluid communication with the hydraulic fluid conduit and a valve (134, 210) that is operated or actuated by a linear actuator (138, 212) such that the linear actuator (138, 212) is mounted directly on the valve block (134, 210).
