Abstract:
Provided is a miniaturized power module in which program control signals that are input to a programmable circuit are configured as one system. In the power module (10), an internal high-side programmable circuit (12) and a low-side programmable circuit (13) are connected in a daisy chain, and JTAG control signals, which are program control signals that are input to the power module (10), are configured as a single shared system for the high-side programmable circuit (12) and the low-side programmable circuit (13). A level shifter (14) is installed in the input/output position of the high-side programmable circuit (12), and the levels of the program control signals that are input to the power module (10) are alternately converted to signals based on the potential of the ground terminal (GND) of the low-side circuit (LS) and to signals based on the potential of the reference potential terminal (VS) of the high-side circuit (HS).
