Abstract:
This power reception device has: a power reception means for wirelessly receiving power from a power transmission device; a voltage control means for outputting, on the basis of power received by the power reception means, a voltage to be supplied to a load; and, a control means for performing control so that the voltage control means outputs a voltage of a second voltage value smaller than a first voltage value and then requesting the power transmission device to increase the power reception voltage of the power reception means when the power reception means does not receive power with which the voltage control means can output a voltage of the first voltage value, and performing control so that the voltage control means outputs a voltage of the first voltage value when the power reception means receives power with which the voltage control means can output a voltage of the first voltage value.
