Abstract:
A power steering device used for an industrial vehicle that travels by being supplied with power from a direct-current motor adopts a configuration provided with: a rotation sensor that detects a steering rotation angle and angular speed; a signal generation device that outputs a PWM signal on the basis of a signal output from the rotation sensor; a direct-current motor that drives a steering device in response to the PWM signal output from the signal generation device; a power supply that supplies a voltage of the PWM signal; and a control device that implements control for lowering the PWM signal voltage supplied from the power supply when an average value of voltages to be supplied to the direct-current motor is below a predetermined threshold value.
