Abstract:
A power storage device (electric double-layer capacitor 100) is provided with: a first substrate 2; a first external electrode 5 and a second external electrode 6 which are disposed on a first major surface of the first substrate; a power storage element (electric double-layer capacitor element 1) which is arranged on a second major surface which is a surface of the first substrate on the side opposite to the first major surface, the power storage element being provided with a first internal electrode 11 drawn out on a first end surface and a second internal electrode 12 drawn out on a second end surface; a power storage body 10 which is provided with a first end-surface electrode 3 disposed on the first end surface side and electrically connecting the first internal electrode and the first external electrode, and with a second end-surface electrode 4 disposed on the second end surface side and electrically connecting the second internal electrode and the second external electrode; and an insulating inorganic film 9 serving as a barrier layer covering at least the surface of the power storage body 10 except for a surface on the first major surface side of the first substrate.
